Projects
Applied AI systems that communities own, govern, and benefit from — starting with the tools they need most.
Rasin (Kreyòl: "root") makes five centuries of Haitian history searchable for the first time. Query 280,000+ pages of primary sources — handwritten records, colonial newspapers, legal codes — in plain language across French, Kreyòl, English, and Spanish. Every answer is grounded in the original document, with citations linked to the exact page.
